DO you need support as the mom of a toddler?

We see you, you are not alone!  

In this weekly workshop, fellow moms will connect with you over the trials of rearing toddlers as well as YOUR needs as a parent.  With a licensed clinical psychotherapist as your guide, you will explore your own attachment wounds – the deeper origins of the feelings and behaviors that arise when parenting. This exploration brings validation, connection, and enhanced confidence in fielding tough moments in your life.

• Potluck dinner (First session is covered. There will be a sign-up sheet each week for the following sessions.)

• Cost per session: $45 (you may pay as you go, but please commit to all 8 sessions for the sake of group cohesion and trust).

• Location: Elevate Counseling and Community Center waiting room. 2727 Bryant St Suite 500, Denver CO 80211

• Please leave your toddlers with a trusted caregiver so you can relax and enjoy the evening.
